Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup (170g) plain fat-free Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp (9g) sugar-free banana cream Jello mix (18g regular if preferred)

  • 20g mini Nilla wafers, crushed

  • 1/2 banana, sliced (optional)

  • 20g Tru Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine: Mix Greek yogurt and banana cream Jello powder until smooth.

  2. Layer: Divide yogurt mixture evenly across 5 jars or containers.

  3. Add crunch: Sprinkle 20g mini Nilla wafers into each jar.

  4. Top it off: Add banana slices (optional) and 20g Tru Whip on top.

  5. Chill: Refrigerate for 2-6 hours so the flavors blend and wafers soften.
