Ingredients
2/3 cup (170g) plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 tbsp (9g) sugar-free banana cream Jello mix (18g regular if preferred)
20g mini Nilla wafers, crushed
1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
20g Tru Whip
Instructions
Combine: Mix Greek yogurt and banana cream Jello powder until smooth.
Layer: Divide yogurt mixture evenly across 5 jars or containers.
Add crunch: Sprinkle 20g mini Nilla wafers into each jar.
Top it off: Add banana slices (optional) and 20g Tru Whip on top.
