Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach (enough to create a bed)

  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced

  • 4 pieces of burrata cheese

  • Prosciutto slices (shaped into mini flowers, optional)

  • Lemon (for squeezing)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)

  • Pumpkin seeds (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Lay the spinach across the bottom of your plate or bowl as the base.

  2. Add a layer of sliced cherry tomatoes evenly on top of the spinach.

  3. Arrange the avocado slices across the salad.

  4. Place the burrata pieces around the plate, spreading them out.
