Ingredients
Fresh spinach (enough to create a bed)
Cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 ripe avocados, sliced
4 pieces of burrata cheese
Prosciutto slices (shaped into mini flowers, optional)
Lemon (for squeezing)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (for drizzling)
Balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Pumpkin seeds (for topping)
Instructions
Lay the spinach across the bottom of your plate or bowl as the base.
Add a layer of sliced cherry tomatoes evenly on top of the spinach.
Arrange the avocado slices across the salad.
Place the burrata pieces around the plate, spreading them out.
Take the prosciutto slices and shape them into mini flowers, then place them decoratively on the salad.
