  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 red onion, sliced into wedges

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, whole or minced

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

  • Primal Honey Mustard or condiment of choice (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Veggies and Sausage
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Season Everything
Spread the chopped vegetables, sausage and garlic cloves evenly on the pan. Drizzle with avocado oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. Roast to Perfection
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
